There are three elements in a product review:
Text (contain no less than 50 character)
Image (3 per review)
Video (1 per review, from 3 to 60 seconds)
Images or videos provide a higher quality of product review that can help potential buyers during their purchase, as they show what the product is like in real life. You can capture an image or video directly using the Shopee App, or upload them from your photo album.
Template (AI Video Review Guide)
Shopee has introduced a Template feature, which is an AI-generated step-by-step video guide to help users create higher-quality review videos (1 video, from 3 to 60 seconds). The template guides users on what to capture in their review video to showcase the product clearly and high quality.
Note:
Users who submit a review video using the Template feature may receive 14 Shopee Coins if the video follows the guidelines and meets high-quality standards. Coins for template will be awarded after verification within 5 working days.

Here are some guidelines to take note of when creating a quality product review:
DO’s:
Use respectful language.
Write a truthful review based on your experience with the product and/or seller’s service.
Provide detailed feedback about the product (quality, quantity, packaging) and/or seller’s service (shipping, attitude, customer service). You can share information about whether the product met your expectations or how well it matches the product description on the listing.
Include image(s) or video(s) of actual product received. Showcase the product from different angles to help give other buyers a clearer visual representation of the product.

DON’Ts:
Use language or photos/videos that are offensive.
Give irrelevant feedback that is not about the product, seller's service, or delivery service.
Upload photos/videos that are irrelevant to the product, seller's service, or delivery service (e.g., blacked-out photos/videos, photos/videos that do not show the product).
Use excessive/repeated emojis, punctuation marks, words,or characters, which is considered spam.
